Signifier consulted on the theme of that year’s event Black Poetic Voice, and researched the main players from the movement. We also put together a panel discussion and premiered the Short film Jus Soleil. We then, in conjunction with the CMRI department of UWE, conducted research into the obstacles facing local filmmakers in the SW region.
